At Lotus Flower Media, Inc., our vision is to be the leading provider of marketing consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. We strive to help our clients achieve their goals and grow their business through innovative and effective marketing strategies.
We are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and delivering exceptional results. Our core values of integrity, transparency, and accountability guide everything we do, and we believe in building long-term relationships with our clients based on trust and mutual respect.
We take a data-driven approach to marketing and use advanced analytics to measure the success of our campaigns. This allows us to make data-backed decisions and optimize our strategies for maximum impact.
Lotus Flower Media was officially founded in 2022 by Elizabeth Denham. After more than a decade of freelance work, Elizabeth found the demand for her talent began to grow organically. That was when she decided that she needed a team behind her.
“I did no marketing for myself,” she said. “The ten years of freelance work and time that I put in, I built relationships. Over those ten years, word of mouth started to happen naturally.”
Lotus Flower began with a single client, but has since grown to represent many more. Our team includes graphic designers, social media marketers, video editors and proofreaders. We have a diverse array of cultures, identities and nationalities and pride ourselves in celebrating and embracing those differences as one of our company’s strengths.
Telling the deeper, truer story of a company matters more to us than generic replications of existing businesses. We want to help your story be told; to help you stand out in a market that is more competitive than ever. We’re ready to help you unleash your growth, cultivate your success and help your brand bloom.
Elizabeth Denham has worked in publishing and marketing for most of her professional career. Her passion for storytelling is a fundamental part of her approach to marketing. In her eyes, each client has a unique story of how they got to where they are and the challenges they had to overcome along the way. Her podcast, “The Gift of the Struggle”, features interviews with guests about life challenges they’ve endured and what kept them afloat with a purpose of inspiring others.
“I like stories, I like to know people and I like to use those stories and that knowledge of them and those relationships to market them well,” she said. “It matters who our clients are as people, not just businesses.”
The humanity of those struggles is key, in Elizabeth’s mind, to making businesses more relatable. However, expressing their brand’s unique perspective in the digital space can be challenging for business owners. Transferring a company’s story onto the online world is what Lotus Flower Media does best.
“Once we understand what needs to be said,” she said. “I think, for us, it's about translating that into the marketing language that will work. And so there's sometimes a disconnect between somebody who has a really good story and then being able translate that into a marketing strategy. It’s hard to articulate your own story.”
Outside of Lotus Flower, Elizabeth is an advocate for a variety of causes. She fights for LGBTQ+ rights and has spoken out at school boards against book-banning. Her project “Pursuit of Humanity: Voices of Alabama” is one way she demonstrates her belief in human rights for all and for embracing diverse perspectives and lives. She has worked at the Dogwood Trail Pageant and Scholarship Program for 10 years, where she helps teach young women how to speak in public and present themselves in professional and social settings.
Elizabeth has written and published two books: “Sweeten the Deal: How to Spot and Avoid the Big Red Flags in Online Dating,” a memoir and advice book for women going through divorce and dating and “Moving Day: Overcoming the Fear of Change,” a children’s book. She wrote a blog on the Huffington Post for five years and has appeared on HuffPost Live and the Daily Brew television program. She has also published two accountability guides, Get Shit Done (for women) and Getting It Done (for middle school boys).
Throughout it all, perseverance has been the name of the game for Elizabeth. Sticking with her passion for social change and storytelling from the bad times to the good is part of her own personal story as well as Lotus Flower Media’s.
“The name of the company, Lotus Flower Media, comes from lotus flowers growing in muddy water,” she said. “When you go through the struggles of your life, you have to believe that there is a bloom.”
The Lotus Flower Media team consists of graphic designers, social media marketers, video editors and proofreaders. Our wide range of experienced marketing and production professionals are ready to help you market your business online.
